Things We've Learned

-In math, we worked on factor trees and math packets.
-In reading, we performed our Reader's Theater plays.  They did an awesome job!
-In Social Studies, we finished our raps and learned about the branches of the government.
-In writing, we are writing 5th grade narratives to keep our memories in 5th grade.

Happy Birthday - May

To wrap all of our World War II books that we read, we watched the classic, "The Sound of Music."

Student Appreciation week started today.  We had a volleyball tournament.  Next week, please make sure your students wear their swimsuits under their clothing on Wednesday. WEAR TENNIS SHOES BOTH DAYS! Students need to bring a sack lunch if they did not opt to get a school lunch.

WHAT A GREAT YEAR!!  I have thoroughly enjoyed this class, and I'm sincerely going to miss them!   This will be the last newsletter of the year!  Thanks for all of your support, and I hope everyone has a wonderful summer! :)
